Before you officially integrate with DS Core using generic APIs, we recommend you register for a Sandbox account. This is your go-to resource for exploring and testing DS Core's API capabilities.

Upon registration, you'll get an active Developer Portal Account where you can access API specifications and apply for your API integration Client_ID.

You'll also be automatically provisioned with two separate DS Core Application accounts:

• A DS Core Lab account
• A DS Core Practice account

These accounts are crucial for creating test data, like orders or media files, and for performing end-to-end API integration and calling tests

Registration

Go to https://open.dscore.com/, and then click the button "Create Account". Input your registration information, and select the checkbox to create a sandbox account. Click the button at the bottom, to submit the account creation request.

After you submit the request, you will be notified on page to wait for account approval. The notification will appear as follows:

Also, you will get the registration successful email. An example of the email is shown below:

Waiting For Approval

After Being Approved

After your request is approved, you will receive 2 emails:

1. Account Activation Confirmation

The first email is a confirmation email like the one below, indicating that your account has been activated:

2. Sandbox Account Details

The second email, example shown below, will contain the login details for your practice sandbox account and your lab sandbox account:
